Safety Starts with a Signature
Every person at Wild Winds Ranch — adult or minor, participant or spectator, needs a current liability waiver on file. Waivers are good for one year from the date signed.
Adult Liability Waiver
Required for every adult (18+) who steps onto ranch property — whether participating or just watching.

Each adult must sign their own waiver. One person cannot sign for another adult.
FOR ADULTS 18+
Minor Liability Waiver
Required for every minor (under 18) who will be at the ranch. A parent or legal guardian signs on their behalf.

If you have multiple children, complete this form once per household and list all children. Parents: don't forget to sign your own adult waiver too.
